In addition to the city’s Charter and the Ohio Revised Code, the Commission follows the Medina Civil Service Rules and Regulations to assist them in assuring fair and equitable employment practices are followed.
Due to the passage of House Bill 187, Medina City Council approved adoption of the revised Medina Civil Service Rules and Regulations effective June 26, 2008.
