GENERAL QUESTIONS FOR US
The Police Records Room is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
If you need a copy of your accident report you can download it for free at anytime from: http://medinaoh.policereports.us/
If you have a general question for the department or a request for service (extra patrol, traffic complaint, etc.) you may send these to Natalie Santivasci, Administrative Assistant at nsantivasci@medinaoh.org. Natalie will then direct your request to the responsible division for attention.
You can also post your question on our FACEBOOK page www.facebook.com/medinapolice and we will try to answer it when we see it. Please don't post personal information or addresses on the page. We would prefer you email Diana Markley and she will get the information to the right person.
If you would like to speak with a supervisor, please call the Dispatch Center at 330.725.7777 and ask for the on duty supervisor.
