Medina City Parks
Medina has 12 parks covering 800 acres for a complete list of the parks and their amenities go to Parks in the website.

Parades
During the year there are three parades in Medina. The Memorial Day Parade, which is sponsored by the VFW and American Legion (each alternating years), honors our veterans and those that have given their lives defending our country.

The City of Medina sponsors the 4th of July Parade. Other events on the 4th or surrounding the day include the Twin Sizzler Run (5K, 10K, 27 mile bike race, 1 mile fun run, and 5K walk), and Fireworks and a Kids Carnival at the Medina Community Recreation Center.

Main Street Medina holds a parade in November during its Candlelight Walk event. For other events sponsored by Main Street Medina go to their web site.
