The City of Medina Service Department is dedicated to sustaining and improving the quality of life of our customers, the residents and businesses of our community. Key responsibilities of the Service Department are:
- maintaining the City’s infrastructure. This service includes: maintenance and resurfacing of public streets, maintaining the water distribution system and rehabilitating the storm sewer system.
- meeting the sanitary needs of Medina residents and business owners by collecting residential/commercial refuse and recyclables.
- insuring the public safety by responding to weather related emergencies such as flooding, land subsidence, snow and ice storms, and other disasters.
