The current City Income Tax Rate is 1.25%. Taxes for the City of Medina are collected through the Central Collection Agency out of Cleveland. For tax rates, forms and general information, please click on the link above.
Representatives from the Central Collection Agency will assist residents of the city with the completion of the tax forms on a first come, first serve basis free of charge in the month of April. Representatives will be available on three days during the month.
