Water Aerobics

  • A great low to no impact resistance workout
  • Improve cardio endurance, increase strength and enhance flexibility, balance & stability
  • Class is held in 4 to 5 feet of water

Deep Water

Instructor: Jane
  • Terrific all over conditioning workout!
  • Great aerobic and toning benefits from natural water resistance
  • lotation equipment used, but you need to feel comfortable in deep water

Arthritis Aquatics
