Mail-In/Drop-Off Registration: Patrons may complete the Program/Activity Registration Form available on-line and mail it with full payment by check with personal drivers license to:
MCRC Program Registration, 855 Weymouth Road, Medina, Ohio 44256.
Once the registration is received a receipt will be e-mailed to confirm registration. You will be called if the class is full.
Fax-In Registrations are no longer accepted.
HOW DO I PAY FOR PROGRAMS? Full payment must be received at the time of registration. The MCRC accepts cash, personal checks with valid drivers license, credit cards (Mastercard and Visa), and money orders. Checks must be made payable to MCRC. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned check.
WHAT TYPE OF PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED? The MCRC offers a wide variety of programs to meet the diverse needs and interests of the community. These programs provide an opportunity for all age groups to participate in structured activities which encourage health, wellness, life enrichment, and personal development. A program session will usually run between 5 and 8 weeks, and will vary on the number of days the class meets per week.
HOW MUCH DO PROGRAMS COST? The price of each program will vary depending on the number of times the class is offered, length of class, equipment needed to run the class, facility space, instructor fees, and administrative costs.  The cost of programs held at the MCRC are a separate fee from the membership; however, members of the facility receive a discounted rate and have priority registration.
WHEN CAN I SIGN UP AND HOW? Each program season will have "mass registration days" which are the first days of program registration for members and non-members. These specified days will be the first opportunity for individuals in each category to register for current programs and activities. Although individuals can register after these days, it is strongly recommended that anyone interested in participating in a program which is in high demand, such as the Learn to Swim Program, attend one of these registration days.
For more details, please contact the front desk at (330) 721-6901. Some restrictions may apply.
Payment Plan Option The Payment Plan is also available for those that register for Swim Team and Summer Day Camp. Number of total installments may vary.
