The MCRC offers a variety of creative recreational programs for the youth of Medina. These programs provide a positive outlet for children, and some programs offer parents the opportunity to spend quality time with their kids in structured programs that focus on fun, learning and personal development. Specific dates, times and location are advertised in the Program Brochure.
Toddler Open Gym: Bring your little one in from the cold for a place to run, skip, hop, jump, throw and just play! The MCRC will provide equipment (small basketball hoops and balls, tumbling mats, hula hoops, a parachute and more) to keep your little ones occupied and burning energy. Parents must remain with children at all times (no MCRC staff supervision). Class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30a-11:30a during the Winter and Fall. Please view the program brochure for specific dates and details.
Little Stars Gymnastics: Little Stars Gymnastics is for girls and boys and will teach the important fundamental skills of gymnastics while having fun along the way! Activities such as balance beam, single bar, obstacle course, and basic tumbling will be taught. Director, Sophia, is a USAG safety certified gymnastics instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. See the program brochure for current offerings. For specific questions about the program, please contact Little Stars at 216-410-7637 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
