Home Repair and Private Home Rehabilitation Funds

The City of Medina and the City of Brunswick, through the Community Housing Impact and Preservation Grant Program, are now accepting applications for private Home Repair and Private Home Rehabilitation.

Funding is available for Low to Moderate Income Residents for home repairs of approximately $9,000 in the form of a grant and Private Home Rehabilitation up to $40,000 in the form of a partially forgiveable no interest, no payment loan for qualified applicants.
