Do you have an interest in Medina's history and a desire to serve the community? If so, you may be a candidate for the Medina Archive Commission. Applications are currently being taken to fill vacancies on the Commission. Qualifications are: Members must be residents of Medina County, have an interest in Medina's heritage and exhibit a desire to work diligently to achieve the Commission's goals. At all times, a majority of the Commission members shall be residents of the City of Medina. A term is three years.
The Archive Commission is responsible for the creation and operation of the museum and visitors' center located in the Medina Town Hall and Engine House at 50 Public Square.
