Work on the replacement of the bridge on South Elmwood Avenue between Lafayette Road and West Smith Road will begin on Monday, September 9th. South Elmwood Avenue businesses that are north of West Smith Road may be accessed from West Washington Street. Businesses that are south of West Smith Road may be accessed from Lafayette Road.
