 The Medina City Parks system consists of fourteen parks covering eight hundred acres of developed and undeveloped parkland. Historic buildings on the square set like jewels around the Uptown Park has become an iconic image that comes to mind when people think of Medina. Explore the features of each of our parks, you will be pleasantly surprised to discover all that the Medina City Parks has to offer.

2015 Earth Day Clean Up
On Saturday, April 25, 2015, the City of Medina will be hosting an Earth Day Clean Up from 9:00a - 12:00p at Sam Masi Park / Stanbery and Maxine Nichols Park.  The entrance to Sam Masi Park is located at 812 Gates Mills Blvd.  The focus will be on cleaning up the park, trail, and creek clean-up.  Volunteers are welcome and needed!  For more information contact Councilman Mark Kolesar at (330) 725-6993 or mkolesar@medinaoh.org).

Forestry and Cemetery

  The Medina City Parks & Recreation Department is a growing
  department that is responsible for maintaining 800 acres of
  parkland, athletic fields and all park facilities. It also manages
  the Forestry and Cemetery Departments.
