Pavilion Rental Information / Application

Pavilion reservations can be taken at anytime after January 1st. Picnic tables will be in all pavilions when parks are open, weather permitting. These tables are to remain in the pavilions at all times. Some pavilions have electricity, grills or water. You may go to the parks list and select a specific park to check the amenities of each park's pavilion.

Reservations can be made by filling out the Pavilion Reservation Application (after calling 330-721-6950 to check for availability) and mailing the application in with a check, in person at the parks office located at 785 E. Washington Street, or over the phone.    Office hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 2:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.  Payment can be made with cash or check at the Parks office or credit card with our Finance Department.  All personal checks must have a drivers license number written on the front of the check for the person's name that is on the account.  Please make sure all checks are made payable to "The City of Medina".  "First come, first served" is the city's policy if a pavilion is not reserved.  Pavilions cannot be held without payment.   To reserve a pavilion in one of the city parks or for more information please contact Medina City Parks at 330-721-6950. To reserve the Gazebo at Uptown Park contact Sherry at 330-722-9020.

Pavilion rental rates are as follows:

Non-City Resident $35.00 $45.00
Non-Profit Organization $25.00 $25.00
The above rates are for one 4 hour rental - double the rate for one 8 hour rental
