PY16 CHIP Grant Program

The City of Medina, in partnership with the City of Brunswick, recently received a Community Housing Impact and Preservation Program (CHIP) grant in the amount of $800,000 from the Ohio Development Services Agency. The City of Medina will share equally with the City of Brunswick, $400,000 each, minus the administration fees. The grant provides for the following housing activities:

Home/ Building Repair

Private Rehabilitation

Tenant Based Rental Assistance

Applications are available at Medina City Hall, Community Development Department, 132 N. Elmwood Avenue, Medina, Ohio or Brunswick City Hall 4095 Center Road, Brunswick, Ohio.
